Once the project has been completed, approved, and made live/deployed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. By proceeding with the project and approving the final delivery for launch, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the services have been fulfilled as per the agreed scope of work. Any payments made before or upon completion of the project are non-refundable after the website/project goes live.
